Why do I still not get my refund yet?

Please send your shipment receipt and send us the tracking number via email too so we can follow up with the carrier if it goes missing. Your return&exchange process might be delayed if you don't send the tracking information.
In addition, we need to confirm the condition of the returned item before issuing a refund. But the checking process is limited because of COVID-19.
