How do I make a return?

We accept returns postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
The following items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged : ① Items On Clearance, ② Used Products (pajamas/accessories/comforters/bedding), ③ Silk Face Mask/Coverings/underwear, ④ Customized Items,⑤ Gift Wrap Boxes,⑥ Gift Cards/Free Gifts,⑦ Silk Detergent.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for a refund.
